Top down / bottom up adjustment The innovative use of two adjustable rails allow the blinds to be moved from the top down as well as from the bottom upwards. Especially suitable for providing privacy to ground floor and basement flats and shade for computer screens. These blinds are also ideal for homes, conservatories and offices.  |
